Equity Advisor, Private Bank

As an Equities and Structured Products advisor focusing on high net worth clients and working with Private Bankers to deliver solutions, you will be the subject matter expert in the advisory team and be involved in an end-to-end advisory role, presenting quality investment proposals, and covering equities research from time to time.

The ideal candidate will have strong academic qualifications including CFA and 10 - 15 years of equity-related experience with strong fundamental equity research background and a proven track record in generating quality stock ideas preferably covering the financial industry (banking and non-banks). You have experience in equity research, portfolio management and/or equity advisory roles in private banking. You have good exposure to macro analysis, global equities and are comfortable covering assigned sector coverage.

This role is ideal for you if you are keen to further your career in the growing Private Wealth space, covering and pitching investment ideas to clients across the SEA and North Asia regions. Current equity research specialists can look forward to taking on a client facing role as you will be a key equities advisor for the front office team and clients.

For existing Equity Advisors, this role will broaden your advisory skillsets into structures, with the flexibility to allow you to deep dive into research as well.

To be a successful candidate, you should be:

• An experienced professional in the equities space, with ideally a minimum of 10 years of relevant experiences (e.g. private bank, research, buy side), ideally experienced in bottom-up research
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player, hands-on individual
• Passionate in equities
