Position Description:

PIMCO is seeking a digital campaign and analytics specialist to support the APAC Digital Campaign Lead and partner with the APAC Marketing team to execute high quality, highly effective digital marketing programs designed to increase audience engagement, enhance client relationships and drive growth across multiple audiences (institutional, wealth management and end investor) and markets in the APAC region.

In this role, you will work closely with a global team of digital experts, data analysts, writers, producers, developers and investment professionals to present sharp, cutting edge information in ways that keep us consistently ahead of our competitors.

The Digital Campaign Manager will be responsible for implementing, executing, monitoring and optimizing campaign, tailored to regional/local market needs to achieve goals with segmentation and personalization tactics. The candidate will be expected to have deep digital campaign knowledge and understanding the multiple audiences in various APAC markets. In order to deliver a first class client experience, you will need a strong understanding of how to communicate the right message to reach the right audience at the right time in the right place.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Work closely with the APAC Digital Marketing team, Marketing Managers and business stakeholders across Asia, Japan and Australia to develop and execute high impact digital marketing campaigns to drive optimal business outcomes.
• Conduct digital campaign implementation and analytics. Digital marketing campaigns include email programs, segmentation programs, personalization & nurturing programs, web advertisement and social media programs.
• Gate keep tracking/tagging, monitor campaigns and website performance, establish the dashboard in the marketing intelligence system and share insights with the APAC Marketing Team on regular basis. Identify actionable improvements and optimize campaign performance to achieve business KPIs and drive conversions.
• Analyze data, identify segmentation and deploy personalization tactics in digital campaign.
• Understand the business objectives and pain points. Identify gaps and design client specific journeys tailored to various audiences/segments.
• Understand the customer experience journey and issues, content organization and management, navigation schemes and labeling, and page-level information design.
• Coordinate closely with the global Marketing function to ensure strict adherence to PIMCO's brand standards, look-and-feel and to harness best practices across geographies and business channels.
• Ensure digital deliverables are compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Position Requirements:

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, management information systems, technology or statistics related discipline
• Professional qualification in economics or finance a plus

Experience:
• 3-5 years' digital experience, asset management or financial services industry preferred.
• 5-7 years' experience in data analysis and digital campaign.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese/Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese). Understanding Japanese is a plus.
• Experience working across multiple markets and teams.
• Knowledge of the applicable financial promotions regulations and privacy related regulations in APAC jurisdictions preferred.

Digital Skillset:
• Strong statistical and analytical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of tagging and tracking related program language.
• Experience of rolling out digital initiatives and launching campaigns.
• Proficiency in basic technology applications, knowledge of technology, content management systems (particularly Sitecore).
• Clear understanding of configuring site templates, lists, content types, meta-data, planting tags and tracking code etc.
• Good knowledge or has knowledge using marketing automation tools such as Marketo or Eloqua.
• Good knowledge of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, GTM, DoubleClick, Floodlight, Domo and PowerBI.
• Experience with HTML (including CSS and XML).
