We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Senior Investment Manager.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Provide support to integration planning and implementation of Project in Singapore
  • Collaborate with CIOs, Investment, Risk, Finance, Operations and Actuarial to analyze portfolios, business impact, and future requirements in formulating integration strategy
  • Support Group CIO and entity CIOs in investment projects in relation to new investment strategy, AMG collaboration, investment systems and governance processes
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including the CIOs, CFOs, actuaries, market risk team members, internal fund managers, external fund managers and other control related functions within the bank
  • Work closely with other affiliated companies within organization such as AMG and HAIL
  • Lead and work with local Investment teams to ensure rigorous oversight process of alternative investments
  • Work with Investment COO to co-conduct quarterly valuation updates to the Valuation Committee
  • Review asset valuations to understand valuation movements, challenge the valuations based on best practices and group standards
  • Develop and enhance investment governance and standard in relation to Project

Requirements
  • University graduate above with solid experiences in insurance and asset management industry
  • Additional professional qualifications in Finance, Actuary or Investment such as CFA is a plus
  • Portfolio management experience for insurance companies is a plus
  • Understanding in insurance portfolios and ALM (Asset Liability Management) is preferred
  • Understanding in investment operations and systems is preferred
  • professional experience in portfolio management, analytics, investment processes, governance and oversight with insurance companies or insurance-linked asset management companies
  • Understanding in derivatives, alternative investments is important consideration
  • Familiar with international valuation standards for illiquid investment
  • Familiar with derivatives such as FX forward, cross currency swap, CDS, IRS, equity options, total return swap
