Portfolio Analyst / Investment Analyst (ID: 529544)

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Department in managing the overseas portfolio
• Monitor and analyse financial and operational performance of portfolio
• Prepare management reports and board papers
• Review and monitor asset enhancement initiatives
• Assist in annual budgeting exercise
• Carry out annual valuation of properties
• Work closely with overseas operations to align their policies and processes with HQ

Requirements

• Min CFA / Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate industry, preferably with experience managing
• office or logistics assets
• Familiar with real estate markets, valuation methodologies and asset management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel application
