Your team
You'll be working in the Chief Investment Office (CIO) Global Investment Management (IM) Fund Investment Solutions APAC team in Singapore. We are responsible for the front to back of the traditional funds business in APAC. You will also be working closely with our counterparts in Switzerland and other APAC locations (Taiwan, Japan, China) to ensure common standards and cooperation. Our role leads us to interact frequently with a wide range of internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders, in particular, the asset management companies that manage the funds we offer our clients.
Your expertise
• a degree in a relevant discipline and at least 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role
• solid analytical and quantitative skills
• have sound knowledge of investment strategies across both equities and fixed income asset classes
• knowledge of regulatory developments affecting product development of funds
• experience in delivering change initiatives within a large, highly complex, cross functional environment
• strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders across functions and seniority levels
• solid coordination and project management skills
• undertaken or are interested in additional finance-focused education, such as CFA, CAIA or equivalent
• preferably good network with fund managers in Asia
• methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail
• deeply interested in writing research reports
• adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills
• assertive, self-motivated, strong team player with proven endurance
• excellent in English and Mandarin, in both written and verbal communication to support the Greater China clients
