Head of Investments (Commercial)

You will be responsible for sourcing for real estate deals and investment opportunities, evaluating potential asset acquisitions, leading the team for financial modelling & analysis, preparation of investment proposals, MOU/ EOI & due diligence. This will include transaction management, due diligence and handover. You will be involved in procuring & negotiating debt financing and relevant legal documentation.

You will also be involved in preparing for investor presentations & business plans, product development and capital raising.

Requirements

• You are degree qualified with Finance, Property, Accountancy, Economics or Business from a reputable educational institute. Candidates with an advanced degree or qualifications (ie such as CFA, MSc( Fin) or MBA) will be held in high regards.
• You have outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, as well as a strong grasp of all aspects of real estate investment, particularly in commercial (mainly office and retail) for about 15 years or more.
• Possess strong financial and a keen understanding of real estate investments and structuring.
• Must demonstrate good report writing/PowerPoint and communication skills.
• Detailed orientated, resourceful, highly numerate and strategic in thinking.
• Must have substantial experience in leading and managing a team and presentation experience to the board and investors.
