Senior Associate, International Private Equity, Singapore

Our client is a leading international private equity fund who is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Singapore office. They are well capitalised and have a strong track record over the last 15 years. They invest across Asia in growth markets and sectors. This opportunity will offer the chance to work closely with the managing director and play a significant role in the investment process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the international private equity team to identify and screen potential investment opportunities
• Perform company valuation models and assist with all aspects of the transaction process
• Work with companies post-acquisition and contribute to value creation efforts
• Contribute to existing portfolio companies

YOUR PROFILE:

• Strong quantitative skills and financial modelling expertise
• Prior investment (buy-side) experience. Exposure to tech investments is preferred
• Professional accreditation (CFA, CPA or ACA) and/or an MBA is preferred but not required
• Excellent academic track record
• Polished and confident presentation and communication skills
• Mandarin and/or Bahasa fluency are preferred but not required
