Senior Manager/AVP - Investment & Asset Management

Reporting to the Head of Investment and Asset Management, you will be assisting in the investment and asset management activities such as sourcing for real estate investment opportunities, evaluating and structuring investment proposals, and conducting market reviews and feasibility studies.

You will also be involved in portfolio and asset management such as developing and maintaining financial and asset models for analysing feasibility and performance, review internal business and/or asset reports on the properties/ opportunities for proposed investment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, preferably with good quantitative skills and a foundation in finance and financial analysis

Minimum 8 years of experience with real estate/financial institutions/developer with global exposure.

You are also someone with strong negotiation skills and excellent business acumen
