About the role:

As our Partnerships Manager (Accounting), you are responsible for acquiring leads through management of our accounting partners portfolio. This is an opportunity for a driven business development, sales or partnerships manager who has a unique blend of analytical and communication skills, and has ownership and track-record of achieving high output and goals.

What you will be doing:
  • Lead accounting partnership acquisition and relationship management with the goal of acquiring new accounts
  • Build a winning value proposition with the partners to drive acquisition
  • Measure and report performance of accounting partnerships, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand user requirements and improve the partnership program
  • Stay abreast of the market trends and competitor landscape to shape and improve our programs
What you will need:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales, business development or similar roles
  • Prior experience in managing accounting partners (accountants and bookkeepers)
  • Demonstrated track record of driving growth results
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Self-driven to deliver, with an entrepreneurial mindset
