Senior Associate, Asset Management - Private Equity Real Estate

Job Description:

Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of existing real estate portfolio in APAC
Develop and execute on the business plan for each investment including leasing, development, capex, ESG strategy, financing and exit
Participate and provide strategic direction in quarterly board meetings with portfolio companies and JV partners
Reviewing annual business plans and budgets and presenting them internally. Monitor and oversee revenue and cost drivers
Identify and analyze trends in the industry and recommend asset management strategies and opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio companies / JV partners / operating partners external asset
Build portfolio companies / JVs - Proactively pass on market knowledge on to more junior colleagues

Qualifications:

6+ years of relevant asset management experience and thorough understanding of Asia Pacific real estate market
Proven track record asset managing real estate portfolios (across different asset classes), both stabilizing assets and greenfield development
Strong project management, financial and analytical skills
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
Strong communication skills in English. An Asian language skill would be a plus for this position
The candidate must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Bachelor's degree with honors from a top university or college
