- Part of the corporate development team, you will be involved in the firm's strategic growth plans as it looks to expand and build its brand through various M&A and partnership activities.
- Assist to conduct feasibility studies, valuations, build financial models and more to support any investment plans.
- Portfolio management of existing projects, in addition to supporting the execution work for new investment projects.
- Prepare presentation materials for management meetings.
- Assist with market and industry research activities.
- Managing the end to end process whilst tracking the timeline and working closely with internal/external stakeholders involved
- Participating in meetings and discussions to discuss industry trends, highlight key risks, business growth strategies, etc.
- Any other duties or projects assigned
about the manager / team

skills & experience required
- Possesses a Degree in Banking & Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Economics or related
- Minimum 2 years of corporate finance advisory, corporate development and/or investment banking experience, with an advisory / consulting firm, with another corporate or from banking.
- Prior deal experience in handling advisory mandates with corporates from the FMCG, Food and Agri sectors will be an added advantage.
- Strong cash flow modelling and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
