We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager/Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and drive our digital marketing efforts in Asia region excluding Japan & India. This role will be part of our Core Asia Marketing team and can be based either in Singapore or Hong Kong.

The goal of Core Asia Marketing team is to connect, engage and serve our clients in a way that creates a competitive advantage for Franklin Templeton in the region. The role will play a key role in formulating and executing digital and customer engagement strategies for the business.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?
  • Work with the regional client marketing and content teams to design and implement a digital marketing strategy across both above and below the line channels, including paid advertising, email, social media, paid search and SEO.
  • Ideate and strategize with Client Marketers on digital marketing executions as part of their integrated marketing plan across omni-channels
  • Be a super-user on digital platforms and tools, to connect and upskill other marketing colleagues on digital marketing best practices
  • Work with the content marketing team to create and/or curate content for digital channels
  • Proactively use data, trends, competitor, and market insights, as well as an understanding of the customer, to develop valuable and strategic recommendations
  • Manage and assess program budget and performance by tracking activities, goals, targets, KPIs, and budget for all initiatives, to evaluate results and continually improve the performance and metrics of future campaigns.
  • Stay apprised of the latest developments in the digital marketing and distribution space and propose innovative solutions to bring our marketing tactics to the next stage
  • Work closely with external vendors, and internal teams including the Global Web Publishing Team, Digital Distribution, Digital Experience Teams and Legal & Compliance to deliver against digital business objectives within approved regulatory frameworks

What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Communications or Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years in digital marketing/digital sales/performance marketing and preferably within the financial services industry. Non-financial services candidates with strong digital marketing skills will also be considered
  • Experience in developing digital marketing and communication strategies for business growth
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Experience in Marketo and basic programing skills an advantage.
  • Ability to read, write and speak Mandarin
  • Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Open-minded, creative, independent, and ability to think out-of-the-box
  • Team-player and self-starter with strong work ethic and genuine interest in learning
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast pace environment
  • Culturally sensitive and flexible when working with teams across different time zones
  • Seniority of the role will depend on candidate's relevant experience
