Operations specialist to assist in supporting State Street Fund Connect ETF Platform

What you will be responsible for
As Fund Connect ETF Operations Specialist you will
  • Review Fund information on platform for completeness and accuracy
  • Assist in launching new funds and clients
  • Manage user access
  • Resolve client inquiries/issues
  • Generate Daily/Ad hoc reports
  • Establish/Maintain relationships with Authorized Participants, Issuers and Internal Stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met (user access, contractual restrictions, ect)
  • Ensure the adherence of all operational procedures are met.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with emphasis in finance, accounting, or economics or equivalent work experience in a financial role.
  • Client Service experience
  • Technical aptitude with wide range of applications, including the MS Office suite, and virtual collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams, Slack and Cisco Webex.
  • Ability to understand and navigate a complex global organization.
  • Comfortable in a remote work environment, inclusive of training and feedback.
  • Fluency in English at a minimum, and Mandarin as a preferred language .
  • 4 plus years related financial industry experience including 2 years of operations experience
  • Working knowledge of financial industry and all related instruments.
  • Detailed understanding of operations.
