As Barclays Business Finance Manager you will form part of CFO Business Partnering team that supports the decision making process of the senior leaders of the region by providing high quality, commercial, insightful and timely performance reporting and analysis. You will be focused on the APAC Franchise with a focus on Investment Banking and Global Markets, providing regional Senior Management with key financials and analytics to help them to measure, manage and drive the region's performance and profitability.

What will you be doing?
- Providing high quality, commercial, insightful analysis to key Business and Finance stakeholders to help drive regional performance
- Providing analysis on Profit and Loss items like Revenues, Sales Credits, Costs, and also balance sheet data such as Risk Weighted Assets
- Partnering with global / local stakeholders to deliver Management Information and ad-hoc analysis, which includes the preparation of interal financial reporting
- Providing ad-hoc work such as Short and Medium Term Plans, profitability analysis, and various Town hall/Visitor presentations for Senior Management
- Supporting the business on Finance related queries
- Systematic approach to understanding problems, evaluating options and making decisions that take into account input from all relevant stakeholders
- Ability to understand and interpret diverse data sets & systems and put it into a broader context/perspective with a client focused mindset
- Ability to analyse financial trends/data, identify anomalies and provide insightful analysis timely; use the analysis to constructively challenge and/or provide suggestions
- Have strong knowledge of business performance metrics (e.g. trading revenue, sales credits, Banking revenue, Costs, RWAs etc)
- Able to collaborate and leverage information from multiple stakeholder groups and draw linkages and conclusions from them
- Qualified Accountant or holds a relevant qualification
- Ability to drive for results, highly motivated self-starter, curious about how things work
- Proficient in the use of Excel (Pivot Tables, VBA) and Power Point / Presentation skills to present finds in a concise and effective manner
- Good knowledge of the Banking businesses like Investment Banking, Global Markets, Corporate Banking and Private Banking
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills. Able to engage and interact with senior stakeholders across business.
