Skillset:

• Bachelor's Degree and familiarity with Microsoft office required
• 5-10 year experience, of which more than 5 years in risk management or compliance, in the Financial and/or Electronic Payments industry
• Possess analytical capabilities in assessing the Payment Facilitator's financials and recommend an appropriate credit rating.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to drive consensus in cross-regional and cross-functional teams
• Written, oral and presentation skills, and make clear, concise recommendations on course of action
• Ability to develop an independent point of view and to challenge
• Good knowledge of payment networks
• Experience in the Merchant Acquiring business

The role:

• Responsible to administer for Payment Facilitators
• Facilitate and work with identified Payment Facilitators opportunities on their accreditation applications, with all requisite documentation and required controls to assess that they are financially capable, have the requisite tools, resources and capabilities to originate and manage their portfolio of sponsored merchants
• For each accredited Payment Facilitator and on an ongoing basis, ensure that they are delivering target payment volumes levels at expected quality thresholds and fraud & dispute levels, and tweak their performance and behaviors to align with expectations
• Facilitate and/or conduct trainings, workshop for Payment Facilitators, clients and other stakeholders to promote for Payment Facilitators and drive awareness of the SMB Program
• Develop/Update appropriate materials, facilitate and/or conduct trainings, workshop and webinars for clients and other stakeholders to educate and drive awareness of the SMB Program
