Responsibilities
- Partner with Paylah Platform team on strategic business partner management and formulate business strategies using data.
- Utilizing Data Driven Operation Model (DDOM) to maximize value from informed decision making and drive business management. Drive cognitive and automated banking initiatives through development of control towers/alerts and Machine learning models.
- Determine the measurement matrices to follow-up on partnership performance, ensuring strategies deliver business outcomes.
- Identify key trends based on customer Click through journey, Prospecting media effectiveness, Customer usage behavior. Drive continuous experiments to increase customer base as well as engagement of customers on Paylah platform.
- Create visualizations and present clear, concise and actionable insights to the key stakeholders, lead discussions on analytics and interpretation of results
- Own the enhancement/development of new reports. Drive Automation and minimize manual reporting.
- Work closely with Data management team to enable seamless migration to new data platform.
- Strong analytical skills, highly numerate and proactive. Self-initiator with positive attitude.
- Must have coding skills - SQL/Python, SAS. Good to have visualization skills on Tableau/QV.
- Strong Project management skills. Good problem solving skills and team player. Demonstrate Critical Thinking and ability to suggest improvements.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill in dealing with all levels of staff and stakeholders
- Minimum degree qualification, advanced degree will be preferred
- With at least 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably with data management and analytics in the banking industry
- Degree in Banking/Finance, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer or related disciplines
