Responsibilities:
- Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies
- Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of different capital structures and potential financing, debt capital markets or M&A transactions
- Have experience of working in one or more of infrastructure sub-sectors like utilities, toll roads, airports, transportation and logistics, telecommunication towers and data centres etc
- Regional coverage: Southeast Asia
- Support the preparation of presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance
- Support the origination and execution of equity and debt transactions including due diligence and drafting of documents
- Maintain up to date knowledge on clients and targets
- Research and analysis of markets and industries, companies based on company information, research reports, and other information sources
- Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the Bank, internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in Investment banking / IBD/ Corporate Finance advisory/ M&A/ Big 4 / Corporate firm/ Buyside/ Private equity (As long as you have infrastructure or relevant sector experience)
- Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a high intensity environment
- Team player, family culture
- Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
- Detail oriented with good financial analysis skills
- Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem solving abilities and excellent communication skills
- Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge
- Strong problem solving skills
