Manage strategic roadmap to be IPO ready
  • Act as Project Lead coordinating all workstreams with internal/external stakeholders
  • Define roadmap and milestones to achieve
  • Follow up execution of the various workstreams
  • Forecast the budget required and phasing prioritizing milestones in line with the overall company strategy

Manage the company's corporate structure to optimize shareholder value
  • Manage and sustain shareholders/investors relations including preparation of required reporting
  • Devise strategy, conduct financial and strategic analysis and prepare the company for financing opportunities
  • Manage the cap table
  • Assess and anticipate legal and financial risks

Legal & Compliance
  • Lead Legal and Compliance activities with in-house lawyer teams based in countries
  • Prepare legal documents and prospectuses
  • Liaise with accountants, lawyers, financial experts and regulatory bodies
  • Legal Due Diligence execution
  • Fundraising Legal closing

Ad-Hoc Merger & Acquisition on need basis
  • Define criteria, targets, planning, valuation analysis and due diligence
  • Prospection of potential targets
  • Manage the M&A process end to end

  • The ideal candidate must have had exposure to IPO compliance. You also love a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and maintain high energy levels in a constantly changing environment as you share our core values.
  • Bachelor's degree or Master in Accounting / Finance / Business and/or related fields
  • Around 10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance
  • At least 3 years' experience as, preferably from Big Four accounting firms
  • IPO experience (having successfully participated in an IPO project and or managed financial compliance of a listed company)
  • Solid technical competency in accounting
  • Familiar with Listing Rules for a reputable Stock Exchange
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams through effective teamwork and developing team members
  • High attention to details and demonstrates strong business and technical acumen
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on personality who works autonomously with a lean and flat structure in dynamic organization
