We are looking for a passionate, adaptable and seasoned marketing leader who's strong in strategic thinking and driving collaboration across different business units to spearhead the marketing of Cards usage programs and DBS Marketplaces (property, car, home & living, health, education, travel & leisure). As a team lead, he/she will lead the strategic planning to build brand awareness and usage across strategic and tactical cards usage and marketplaces marketing activities. This includes working closely with stakeholders in planning and execution of usage platform programs, brand, media, social and content marketing campaigns. Th is person will grow DBS' business share against incoming new digital banks and cement our leadership position in consumer banking.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic thinking and planning to ensure campaigns are executed timely across product lines to drive business and marketing goals
  • Develop effective and efficient 360 campaigns across BTL, ATL and offline channels to drive acquisition, usage and engagement goals
  • Able to understand, analyse and use data to derive consumer insights and craft campaign propositions to develop and drive effective marketing strategies
  • To develop experiments for the refinement of campaign propositions to uncover insights and maximise campaign impact and drive business outcomes
  • To plan and update campaign budgets to optimize spend
  • To drive cross-functional collaboration across different teams and projects to drive towards a common outcome
  • Participate in squad discussions to collaborate and provide marketing expertise to enable stakeholders to refine campaign propositions, participate in partnership discussions, review customer use journeys and usage programs to deliver mutually successful outcomes
  • Set up key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide campaign results, analyses and reports
  • Drive user research through regular tests, experiments and gamification
  • Safeguard DBS' brand identity by ensuring consistent application across all marketing materials
  • Manage and groom a team to grow to their fullest potential
Requirements
  • A marketeer with a strong business acumen and to co-own business targets, budget and delivery for credit cards usage and marketplaces, marketing
  • Experience in running large 360 or digital/social experience, background in advertising is an advantage
  • Strong in timeline and project management with experience in managing multiple projects as well as oversee team's projects
  • A strong track record of at least 10 years in campaigns experience across traditional, social and digital channels
  • Experience in pitching marketing ideas to stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and adept with reading data
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in driving digital media campaigns is a must
