Responsibilities

• Work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure product availability and market penetration
• Work with stakeholders to deliver the agreed one Merchant Services Framework with special focus on merchant onboarding and ops rationalization.
• Responsible for development and execution of strategies that will provide merchants with a comprehensive suite of Merchant Solutions that meet their needs. Ensure full compliance and scalability of solution delivered
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define the project scope and timelines, to deliver the project to agreed parameters
• Manage, monitor, and control project milestones, change to scope, cost, schedule, risks, issues, and deliverables with KPIs to measure success
• Manage all activities end-to-end to deliver the entire project (from planning, prioritization, and execution)
• Ability to develop long-term product vision and roadmap and translate into executable deliverables and milestones
• Participate in business conversations with scheme partners to drive new products/services for Merchant Business
• Develop solution and requirement documentation to support development of new product features or solutions to support key customer projects
• Ensure that project documentation and artefacts are relevant, current, and correct
• Actively monitor and report progress to all stakeholders in a timely manner
• Drive alignment across the cross-functional team, product owners, vendors, business partners and technology and operations and ensure the highest level of product readiness
• Develop training materials, presentations, and commercialization strategy for product.
• Provide subject-matter expertise to Relationship Managers and client management teams, and other stakeholders on the product features

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in product management or product rollout
• Thorough knowledge of payments and strategies for digital capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience working with payment systems, vendors and schemes.
• Process review, analysis, redesign, improvements experience is highly recommended.
• Demonstrated track record of strong execution and experience partnering with technical teams to deliver results.
• Good interpersonal, communication, presentation skills as well as leadership qualities to successfully manage projects as well as various partners and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Understanding of the relationship and interdependencies across product groups and units
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Ability to drive execution with multiple stakeholders & functions.
• Ability to manage multiple work-streams concurrently and effectively resolve issues
• Ability to deal with all projects related escalation and resolve in a timely manner
• Good merchant relationship management skills.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Must be able to work independently.
