Digital product tools & control analyst
  • Support Wealth product & sales tools enhancement projects & other initiatives on the Wealth Management Digitization Roadmap.

- Work as problem solver for key initiatives across multiple business areas to deliver digital projects to deliver positive outcomes in line with business deadlines.

- Participate in user stories grooming sessions, functional requirements sign offs, UAT test validation, regression testing

- Organize and perform FUT (production sanity tests) for project releases

- Track and manage production issues and work with relevant technology and local teams to expedite solutions

- Plan user implementation & training
  • Support WM digital control and governance

-Coordinate business driven or regulatory driven changes to enhance system and process controls.

- Ensure streamline system and process controls which reduce complexity but meet enhanced compliance standards.

-Maintain/coordinate UTT's regression testing of regulatory system controls and investment advices.

-Maintain/coordinate UTT's regression testing of regional KAAC checks

-Work with Regional to develop & implement system generated DMT reports for detective control monitoring & manage the DMT exception dispositions.

-Perform system investments Asset class/ Asset Category checks
  • WM product sales support

-Assist to conduct quarterly MCA

-Assist to implement adhoc control reviews and initiatives triggered by CBORC

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of wealth products and sales processes. Knowledge of wealth product tools/systems like Eclipse, MF, SB, TWA, FCO preferred.
  • Demonstrated system project implementation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
  • Excellent communication skills to work with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated analytical skills

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
