With focus on developing best in class and growing Sales team, it is key to ensure engagement of the teams with oversight on hiring, training and ongoing coaching to improve overall engagement and longevity with the Bank. The candidate will support Retail Banking " Win in Wealth Management" Office in ensuring flawless execution of the key strategic programs related to Sales Transformation.
The role requires analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic Hiring initiatives with Talent Acquisition team and other Consumer partners
- Work on developing alternate pools of talent with Hiring Managers and ensuring adequate training, coaching support is extended
- Work with Marketing team to develop and deliver communication/branding that enables visibility to attract talent from the market
- Review new hire on-boarding process to help identify opportunities for improvement
- Focus on streamlining training and optimizing time for sales readiness
- Partner with Sales Coaching lead to drive scoring framework
- Drive key Engagement and Recognition Programs in partnership with Sales Strategy Office
- Proactive in identifying and collaborating with sales leaders to accelerate Sales Transformation initiatives to drive growth
- Act as a trusted advisor and work in close partnership with business heads and senior leadership to analyze opportunities, operate transformational strategies to achieve the business mandate, operate change by partnering with business leadership with clear accountability, provide clarity in complex problems, facilitate decision-making, and guide high value investments.
- Work with businesses in the execution of improvement strategies.
- Develop, maintain, and own Sales Transformation program plan along with stated deliverables, milestones, escalation and resolution of issues
- Develop relationships with support functions and senior leadership
- Qualifications:
- 2-5 years financial/business analysis experience.
- Ability to think analytically.
- Ability to synthesize large complex data, derive meaningful insights, and articulate a solution that meets senior requirements.
- Extremely self-motivated & hard working,
- Have the ability to take direction and drive results, work with minimal direction, maintain composure even in stressful situations.
- Excellent Excel and powerpoint skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of Access preferred

- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
