Associate - Real Estate Finance (Private Equity / Funds)

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Perform ad-hoc/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for senior management
• Perform liquidity projections
• Prepare quarterly investor templates and investor letters
• Perform on-going investment limitation monitoring for deal flows
• Coordination of capital activities and related reporting for NY
• Shared entities management (operations and reporting)
• Liaise with accounting service provider and internal stakeholders on fund related matters

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Candidate must be a University Graduate, ideally also hold an accounting qualification (e.g CA / CPA )
• 5+ years of accounting/financial analysis experience
• Experience in a Big 4 firm will be an advantage
• Knowledge of real estate, including market fundamentals will be an advantage
