GIF APAC originates and advises on financing transactions for corporate & financial sponsor clients across the capital spectrum in various formats, including in the bank loan market and institutional capital markets (Reg S/144A, private placement bond and institutional loans) together with our product partners. We work with owners of assets across the infrastructure, power, renewables, oil & gas, telecoms and digital infrastructure sectors. We are a truly regional business which encompasses Australia & NZ and Asia (including India and Japan).

Our transactions generally involve a material level of structuring which considers credit/ratings, hedging, accounting, tax and regulatory capital considerations to deliver value-added financing solutions to clients covering all markets of execution. Our team members develop strong quantitative (including modelling), credit, sector, legal structuring skills and are involved from a junior level in client and investor engagement.
