About the Department
Business Banking
We develop integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth. These include innovative solutions and initiatives in areas of cash management, working capital loans, operational efficiency and currency exposure.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct industry and product research to develop clear business cases for new solutions in consultation with Group Transaction Banking.
- Co-create relevant SME propositions and solutions to grow and acquire new to bank SME customers.
- Plan and execute experiential campaigns to drive customer acquisition and promote self-service digital payments and collections.
- Portfolio management - leverage data analytics to gain insights into existing customers' operating account behaviour.
- Identify opportunities to grow primary operating account usage, conversion and fee income.
- Develop initiatives to encourage customer's adoption of digital payments & collections and identify opportunities to lower cost-to-serve, through customer repricing or internal processes reconfiguration.
- Work with Marketing and Digital Marketing to elevate UOB-SME product presence online and adopt a myriad of digital marketing tools to build awareness of cash capabilities.

Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in SME banking in a product management capacity or cash management solutions preferred
- Must be numerate with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong data analysis, data storytelling and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex insights into simple and intuitive communications.
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and independent thinker
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & communicate accurately and effectively
