Responsibilities
  • Support the AI proposition of DBS Treasures for prospects and existing customers.
  • Curate a differentiated onboarding & engagement journey for DBS Treasures (with focus on Wealth management proposition for AI customers); achieved through the review & enhancement of the engagement processes between employees & customers such as the sales & advisory process, product solutions & offerings, ensuring usage of the most appropriate platform architecture & advisory tools and channels of distribution for a superior customer experience.
  • Collaborate widely with stakeholders to develop, communicate & co-own the Treasures AI value proposition & strategy.
  • Review & co-develop the customer journeys and recommend optimal & most efficient service models supported through comprehensive platform functionality, usages of digital channels and appropriate advisory processes.
  • Work with various platform management teams to ensure key strategic system implementations & enhancements are on target to support the infrastructure development & needs to drive and achieve the right customer outcomes.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis and formulate an action plan to strengthen our value proposition and maintain a unique customer experience & edge vis-à-vis competitors - both traditional wealth management banks & digital banks.
  • Have a keen understanding & full awareness of, and adherence to, in-country regulatory framework, rules of engagement in the sales & marketing of wealth management products, as well as legal & compliance guidelines.
  • Support the management team in goal settings, service expectations, market strategy, competitive advantage, profitability & revenue goals and tracks progress towards achieving business objectives.
Requirements
  • Wealth management or investment solutioning experience.
  • Experience in managing cross functional work deliverables (e.g., Sales process, Value proposition, Platform & infrastructure needs assessment).
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Problem solving ability.
  • Sound understanding of the Financial Services, particularly in Wealth Management.
  • Sound understanding of the local regulatory requirements and of local competitors.
