FP&A Associate - Investment

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Take active ownership of managing the APAC investments for the APAC real estate portfolios on behalf of international investors, during the entire investment life cycle (buy / manage / sell)
• Prepare planning data and forecasts for APAC investments working closely with relevant internal and external parties
• Consolidate and review actuals financial data for APAC investments, co-ordinating with relevant stakeholders for monthly/quarterly reporting tasks.
• Assist in Planning process to provide comprehensive APAC level analysis to CFO, CEO and senior leadership team
• Provide investment data and returns into a range of financial reports (investor reports) including analysis and presentation
• Co-ordinate and oversee cash and capital management of APAC investments, as well as involvement in Control of investment structures
• Support in the acquisition phase of upcoming investments, such as negotiation of reporting requirements, specific accounting related requests, funding / capital calls, set up of the respective structures / companies and processes with internal and external counterparties

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Minimum 3 years in a similar position, with understanding of real estate funds / investments
• Good understanding of IFRS / local GAAP
• Undergraduate degree - in Accounting / Finance or similar
