Job Description

The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for guiding Business Analysts in the review and analysis of requirements from the business as well as identifying and assessing change needs. The Lead Business Analyst supports the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing and maintaining solutions. The Lead Business Analyst focuses on providing clients with accurate reporting of service and operating level agreements and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Details of the Division and Team:

The GTO Business Analyst will be part of the FXMM team, responsible for Business design of the FXPCA , MMWSS apps in the portfolio. He will also be a key conduit between the client stakeholders, Technology team and vendor technology partners. The candidate will function as Business/Functional analyst, supports the analysis of business requirements received from Business Analysts and is responsible for translating these requirements into BRD and other deliverables required to enable solution development. An ideal candidate should have in-depth understanding of FX & MM Products and preferably with FXPCA , MMWSS , KTP and Kondor functions and also should be able to participate in proposing design, create and modify business-facing documentation such as user manuals and facilitate in projects Implementations.

As part of this team, the individual will be working in a dynamic environment and require to have interaction with various stakeholders in different locations to provide support, control and change management functions across various upstream systems.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders and act as the primary contact for the business
  • Users, and technology solution providers for all aspects of solution identification
  • Formulate and establish Business Requirement in collaboration with Developers , Scrum Owners
  • Develop business requirement definition, documentation (such as solution briefs,
  • traceability matrix, test strategy document, test cases) and sign-off
  • Support newly identified conceptual designs and newly identifies business solution options
  • Demonstrate ability to perform data analysis underpinning outcomes and recommendations
  • Work closely with application solution providers to resolve functional issues from user
  • acceptance testing (UATs) to help find solutions for various functional issues.
  • Support the testing (UAT) and roll-out to production
  • Follow the guidelines set by Change Governance Framework to ensure a structured approach
  • to Project Management
  • Ensure that operational workflow requirements are produced to standard in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate in depth knowledge of FX and MM product analysis in conjunction with
  • knowledge adoption of FXPCA and MMWSS application.
  • Participate in various squad engagements
  • Compose acceptance steps for automation testing (Cucumber Feature File)

Your skills and experience:

Previous experience defining / executing User Acceptance Testing

Ideal candidate should have 6+ years of working in a change environment role, with a proven track record.

Experience to work in a culturally diverse and geographically distributed team

Experience in working with business requirements.

Experience in writing feature file in Cucumber

Experience in using FXPCA , MMWSS , KTP and Kondor would be a plus

Qualification
  • Equipped with a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent
  • from a recognized Institution.

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies
