Join our Graduate Recruitment team as an Associate (2 Year Contract). The Graduate Recruitment team is responsible for the recruitment experience for junior talent joining the organization, managed via our scholarship, internship, and graduate talent programs. This role is a pivotal position within the team, providing administrative and operational support; this includes maintaining the applicant database, working on creative projects, reporting, scheduling, and other ad hoc duties. Responsibilities
  • Support a full-scale global recruitment process for GIC's graduate, internship and scholarship programmes (e.g. collating applications, liaising with overseas offices, interview arrangements, preparation of offer letters)
  • Participate in campus recruitment branding efforts and activities (e.g. preparing marketing collaterals, swags and organizing recruitment events)
  • Provide programme management support in terms of administration and scheduling
  • Partner other HR teams to streamline processes, and to share and learn best practices
  • Suggest ways to improve processes in view of increasing the efficiency for the team
  • Data management, handling of systems and UAT work
  • Track and collate recruitment statistics useful for management decisions

Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree holder with around 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Ability to be resourceful, to take initiative and to be well-organized are important
  • Able to represent GIC well, as you will be the face of the organization to candidates
  • Ability to interact well, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. setting up interviews with candidates in different time zones, liaising with internal HR colleagues to drive deliverables)
  • Experience with events management/planning is an advantage
