The Role Responsibilities
This role is the Marketing Lead person responsible for delivering marketing campaigns/ programmes for Digital Banking and Personal segment, managing launches/refresh, acquisition, and portfolio management. Provides leadership in strategic directions, collaboration and implementation of impactful marketing campaigns and programs to drive business objectives and revenue. Build strong working relationships and active engagement with business and function stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strong, impactful marketing campaigns and programs for Digital Banking and Personal segments in acquisition and portfolio engagement.
  • Good foundation and understanding of digital performance marketing. Capable of reviewing performance media buys with knowledge of what are the levers to pull in order to drive optimisation of these plan within allocated budget. Build strong partnership with digital sales team to deliver full integrated campaigns that drive NTB acquisition, ETB cross sell and so on.
  • Proactively lead and coordinate with other marketing team members, as well as product and segment teams for their support and services to deliver end to end excellence in campaign management.
  • Win, maintain and expand relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth working processes during campaign planning and execution. Single minded focus in delivering best value and business objectives.
  • Understand the context of the marketing campaigns and target audiences. Define the rules of engagement for each project.
  • Initiate, review and analyse campaign requirements with Business teams, managing the required approvals
  • Manage all agencies, ensuring the creative and media briefs are accurate, ensuring timelines and key milestones are met; and budget are adhered to.
  • Track and measure campaigns' ROI and performances. Analyze each performance.
  • Track and maintain campaign/program budget, responsible on reporting all A&P spend, monthly accruals and forecasts.
Process
  • Ensure all marketing and digital performance campaigns/programs are managed in alignment with the Bank's standards.
  • Diligent tracking and monitoring of these marketing channel performances.
People & talent
  • Optimise marketing channels for the respective programs/campaigns segment and products. Oversees partner agencies where applicable. Work closely in teamwork with both SG and Group B&M and Digital Banking teams and in strong partnership with relevant Business stakeholders.
Risk Management
  • Responsible for maintaining Marketing standards and Brand compliance.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Our Ideal Candidate
  • 15+ years' experience in all aspects of Campaign and Marketing management, preferably with working knowledge of financial products and payment platforms.
  • Related qualifications from recognised tertiary institutions.
  • Extensive understanding of financial products and related segments in Singapore and the key levers to drive performances.
  • Strong understanding of conceptualizing marketing toolkits, applying their principles and guidelines for campaign and marketing programs.
  • Understand the latest digital trends and customers' digital journeys on the internet. Good knowledge of digital performance media channels and applying the knowledge to review and optimise the media channels, translating marketing awareness to consideration and conversion.
  • Strong communication skills and good ability to manage stake holders.
  • Able to multitask and deliver high quality execution/implementation
  • Experienced leadership and interpersonal skill; with ability to lead cross functional teams.
  • Goals and results oriented.
  • Good business acumen to manage budget and resources.
  • Adept in analysing results and using tracking tools to measure campaign performances.
