J ob P urpos e:

Trust Relationship Manager ("TRM") main responsibility is to focus on relationship deepening for existing Citi Trust clients from APAC region.

Role is focused on meeting clients and enhancing client relationships through conducting client reviews and identifying opportunities within existing clients of the Trust Companies. The roles involves travelling to key countries in the region.

TRM will partner with Fiduciary Services Heads, Regional Trust Head and Wealth Planners to deliver high quality services and to coordinate travel plans and client coverage to maximise impact.

K e y Res ponsibi l i t i e s :
  • Setting and communicating relationship deepening goals for Citi Trust for the relevant region/market
  • Manage client development plans and deepening client relationships through enhanced service and client reviews for targeted clients. Specific activities will focus on planning, scheduling, conducting and reporting on:
    • Client Reviews
    • Specific Client Relationship Plans
    • Trust Company Travel within the Region
    • Risk Management resolution
  • Identify product development ideas (including quantification of business impact) from relationship deepening activities
  • Assume ownership and resolution for client issues and risk management challenges
  • Be an proactive product partner to Bankers and Wealth Planners. Focus on adding value to service delivery processes and increasing the visibility of Citi Trust
  • Responsible to coordinate with the Fiduciary Services Heads to ensure the relationship deepening plans are well managed, regional coverage is achieved and goals are met.
  • Will participate/lead monthly coordination meetings providing regular updates (including progress against targets and action plans) to Regional Teams

  • Ten to fifteen years or more experience working in Trust, Banking, Legal and Commercial related areas
  • Other languages in either Mandarin, Cantonese, other Asian language will be added value
