Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Transformation Program providing oversight and support in data analysis and Book of Work management
  • Drive factual contributions to the Business Development team by extrapolating meaningful insights from the data
  • Architect the transformation journey of Margin Lending, with specific inputs for the integration across GWM
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, as well as Citi's policies and the Product Program.
  • Supports the culture of continuous improvement to ensure compliant robust business processes are in place and audit readiness is evident.
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, as well as Citi's policies and the Product Program.
  • Financial Analysis including cash flow statements
  • Preparing and negotiating credit documentation for facilities, including liaison with external counsel as required as well as undertaking the annual review of documentation
  • Problem Recognition and assisting with classified loans remedial management
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in driving transformation programs
  • Good Knowledge of securities, loans, investment, treasury products and other banking products.
  • Strong knowledge of Citibank's Credit Policies, Product Programs and Citi Policies
  • Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong initiative and interactive approach to problem solving
  • Team Player


Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
