AVP, Group Wealth Platform, Digital Transformation
The role of the Digital Transformation Business Analyst for the Group Wealth Platform is to:
  • Lead development and rollout of best-in-class order management platforms for relationship managers and empower them with seamless straight through product execution capabilities to deliver exceptional customer experience in Wealth Management
  • Execute Group Wealth Platform for CFS, by actively building channel and product execution capabilities to create an engaging and consistent front office experience across multiple platforms
  • Partner business leads, technology project managers and external vendors (where required) to deliver the digital agenda within scope, timeline and budget
  • Manage relationships and communicate clearly with key stakeholders on project status, key risks, and issues
  • Responsible for the development of business requirements, business case, including user acceptance testing, change management, training, communications as well as redefining business processes and driving the target operating model design
  • Engage cross functional stakeholders and ensure the wealth capability build supports the front office needs and business objectives of strategic growth, revenue uplift, enhanced customer experience, improved risk management and operational efficiency


Qualifications
The ideal candidate would have the following skillsets and experiences:
  • A proven track record in delivering Wealth transformation projects
  • Solid project management, business analysis, change management and facilitation skills
  • Strong user centric mindset in designing processes and solutions
  • Proven ability to perform under a high pressure and dynamic environment
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Thirst and curiosity for knowledge, continuous learning, and improvement
  • Energy and passion to lead and influence stakeholders and fellow colleagues
  • Experienced in managing and balancing the needs of business and IT
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
