As a Marketing Manager, you will assist with strategic projects, supporting the KYC marketing team and reporting to the head of KYC Marketing. Your main objectives will be to support brand awareness, lead generation, lead nurturing and client retention initiatives globally through the creation of fit-for-purpose collateral, content, and outreach.

Specifically, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Lead complex marketing campaigns, communication, and content creation
  • Devise branding and content marketing strategies to grow awareness globally, enhance demand generation, lead nurturing and client retention
  • Take a lead role in enhancing social media effectiveness against key metrics in channels such as Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Develop strategies, implement, and evaluate social media campaigns do drive key metrics
  • Lead idea generation and copyediting for campaigns, tying text and visuals together to build powerful, relevant messages
  • Work with KYC sales and product teams to define product collateral needs
  • Build KYC Collateral for targeted customer segments, globally
  • Lead all aspects of translation processes for content and collateral, where appropriate
  • Run and produce various corporate and cross-product marketing content independently including website, blog, marketing brochures, emails, presentations, videos, and infographics
  • Collaborate closely with the central marketing and KYC operating unit event professionals on third-party event-related deliverables.
  • A Bachelor's degree with the as strong academic record is required
  • 5 years' experience in a marketing or communication role
  • Strong critical thinking, written and verbal communication skills
  • History of successful interactions with diverse collaborators and outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Ability to define strategic objectives, timelines, and results, ensuring successful and timely outcomes of initiatives
  • Knowledge of copyediting, marketing communication and social media best practices
  • Superb presentation and persuasion skills to lead strategy sessions with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Marketo, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
