Analyst (Fund Raising)

You will be part of the Client Solutions team, providing response to investor queries and providing timely updates to investors. You will be responsible for updating quarterly marketing materials, databases, creating/distribution of investor communications and fund materials. You will organize client events such as investor road shows, advisory board meetings and conferences.

Key requirements:

• Good degree with 2 to 3 years' relevant work experience, preferably in commercial real estate / investment management industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact confidently with all levels
• Strong client servicing approach, with ability to provide efficient, timely and reliable service to internal and external clients
• Advanced organization and project management skills
• Strong work ethics. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Highly meticulous, with exceptional attention to details
• Positive attitude and a good team player
