Job Role
RMG-MLR is the independent market and liquidity risk management function comprising of risk control, risk analytics and reporting teams.
This is a role within ALM risk team, part of MLR function. A primary reporting controller for Group regulatory and internal reporting of NSFR. The candidate should be familiar with NSFR regulatory standards and requirements, including experiences in regulatory and/or internal reporting operations/analytics. Clear control mindset with forward-looking view on digitalisation in risk management spaces are strong pluses.
Responsibilities
  • NSFR Regulatory Reporting and Disclosure for Group and overseas locations.
  • Data and Risk results Analysis. Performing analysis to substantiate and understand risk movements vis-à-vis balance sheet/business directions and strategies.
  • Track regulatory changes for NSFR across Group and enable accurate interpretation of rule configurations.
  • Ownership of reporting infrastructure and NSFR risk configuration rules to enable enhancements to NSFR in enabling accurate capture of risk parameters/assumptions.
  • Support overall ALM Digital transformation projects and drive digitization in NSFR reporting and analytics space.
  • Preparation of risk presentations for internal committees and business forums.
  • Strong collaboration with Finance and other business units on maintenance of balance sheet accounting data & business strategy inputs for accurate reporting capture.
  • Support new product launches in assessing impact to NSFR and drive system enhancements for risk capture.
  • Provide support for Group and overseas regulatory/internal audit.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/accounting/banking disciplines or related experience.
  • 2-4 years related banking experience; Preferably in Liquidity Risk management, Balance sheet management, and/or Finance.
  • Knowledge of prevailing regulatory requirements on NSFR MAS 652.
  • Purpose driven individual, highly adaptable with forward-looking mindset.
  • Strong process and control mindset.
  • Experience in Data analysis, digital projects will be a plus.
