OPERATIONS - FRESH GRADUATES WELCOME
Our client is a reputable fund management firm with a strong presence in the Greater China region. They are currently seeking for a operations analyst to join their dynamic team.
Based in Singapore, your main tasks are to support the investment team on daily trade transactions, and perform daily and monthly back-office duties, including net asset value calculation and reconciliations, fund expenses and payment preparations and management, accounts maintenance, trade confirmations, and settlements. You will also monitor all corporate action events for the Firm's investment in the Greater China market, as well as liaise extensively with prime brokers and internal front office colleagues on trade reconciliations, unmatched trades, corporate actions, and settlement issues.
To qualify, you must have solid knowledge in fund accounting and operations in a fund house and/or with a fund administration. Good problem-solving and excellent communication skills will be a great plus.
