Job Responsibilities
- Gather use cases in the Wealth Advisory business line and prioritize use cases that are in line with business imperative
- Design customer journey and business flow for both online and offline engagements with customers
- Define the data analytics requirements and customer insights requirements to drive contextual customer engagement for the Wealth Advisory journey
- Work with stakeholders across business functions to drive end to end solutions to enable wealth journey and solution executions and customer engagement.
- Support the change management program to ensure that the designed solution is adopted by the stakeholders to realize the business objectives.Actively participate in the overall Wealth Transformation Program, supporting other related initiatives and colleagues as needed to drive towards the common goal for the Program
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business or marketing.
- Deep understanding of the wealth advisory journey for different customer segments, from mass affluent to privilege banking
- Strong understanding of investment and insurance products & business drivers
- Experience in designing and implemented Digital journeys
- Actively driving test and learn with data driven insights applied to sales and advisory journey
- Good knowledge of local financial advisory ecosystem landscape
- Strong stakeholder management ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional
- Experience in project management, technology, Agile approach would be preferred
- Experience in agile approach, actively driving test and learn with data driven insights
