About JLL
We're JLL. We're a professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate. We help organizations around the world achieve their ambitions by owning, occupying and investing in real estate. At JLL, you'll have a chance to innovate with the world's leading businesses, put that expertise into action on landmark projects, and work on game-changing real estate initiatives.
The Role - Senior Data Analyst, Capital Markets Quants APAC
Capital Markets Quants ("CMQ") is a new way of working in the Real Estate Capital Markets ("CM") leveraging our Intelligence & Data through a global platform.
We are seeking experienced quant & data scientist profiles with proven financial, capital markets and quantitative / data skills to join our CMQ team and be part of the creation and growth of tools to originate and deliver CM projects and deals.
This role will be focused on the development and continuous improvement of AI-based CM services. It will have a strong link to brokerage services and our clients' investment strategies, through adopting a data-driven approach in all transaction stages (origination, execution, and closing) and developing new business lines.
You will be the point of reference for advanced users of CMQ products and services and will work with broker teams in complex deals, including customizing technical solutions for specific projects/markets. You will be based in the regional office in Singapore and will need to work with multi-cultural teams across APAC.
This role will heavily involve data and coding to build prototypes/proof of concept solutions, some of which will turn into products. You must possess an entrepreneurial mindset: creative problem-solving, ability to work independently and also be a strong team-player. Good communication skills are necessary to explain business problems succinctly and in a structured way to our in-house technology partners.
