Investment Manager and Associate, Logistics Platform

A regional logistics platform with private equity backing and well-capitalised funds is seeking to grow their investment team at Associate and Manager level as they grow their logistics portfolio across Southeast Asia.

Role:

• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities
• Lead and perform all aspects of transaction due diligence, transaction management and closing process
• Adept in developing financial analysis, financial modelling, valuation, IRR analysis to assess and support investment decisions. Accountability for accuracy of financial models
• Conduct research, review and evaluate real estate sectors market trends, formulate and recommend investment and divestment strategies
• Prepare materials for investment committee and approvals
• Day-to-day operations of ventures
• Investor communication and reports
• Develop the investment, asset management and leasing strategies
• Monitor asset performance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 (Associate) or 6 (Manager) years' experience in real estate investment, including exposure to the logistics sector in Southeast Asia
• Managers should have a developed network to be able to source deals independently and hold a decision-making role
• Advanced financial modelling
• Well-developed numeric and financial analysis skills.
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to use initiative, work without supervision and assume full responsibility for completion of tasks.
• Proactive and willing to find ways to improve processes and procedures
• Highly flexible and able to adapt in a changing and demanding environment.
• Good communication, time management to be able to meet tight deadlines.
