Being a member of the Asset Management team, you will assist in the development of strategic plans for all assets through strategic planning, implementation and operational management; overseeing performance of assets by analyzing asset performance relative to market benchmarks, identifying new enhancement opportunities, managing partner relationships which involves the regular review of tenancy mix, asset positioning and implementation of effective marketing plans and control of operating expenses to maximize net operating income from assets.
In addition, you will assist in developing and implementing asset enhancement plans; along with preparing and reviewing comprehensive annual property business plans. You will also prepare quarterly and annual portfolio analysis and reports covering financial performance, leasing, marketing and operations status and strategies and updates on any asset enhancement projects; as well as to carry out research and financial analysis (including financial modelling and valuation) on real estate markets and real estate-related companies.
Requirements:

Requirements:
- Good degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience (preferably in Australian commercial real estate)
- Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to handle high level of confidentiality
- Strong in numbers and financial modelling skills derived from a good understanding of accounting principles
- Good team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels in the organisation
- Highly-motivated, mature, proactive and meticulous
- Some travel is required
