We are Credit Suisse.

We Offer
Our Wealth Management Analyst Program is designed for fresh graduates with a keen interest in pursuing career as a Relationship Manager, a Product Specialist or an Investment Consultant. In this program, you can expect to receive hands-on experience in critical front office work as well as gain exposure to the full suite of products and services within our Wealth Management business.

Your field of responsibility

Assistant Relationship Manager

You will begin as a junior ARM for at least 3 years supporting a key Market team within WM APAC. The ARM plays an integral role in the entire client management lifecycle, working closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) to actively service our clients and deliver our client value proposition. In addition, you will support the Market team with administrative tasks.

High potential ARMs will distinguish themselves and qualify as potential candidates for the Global Training to Relationship Manager Program - the first step to becoming an RM.

Investment Consultant

Each IC team is embedded in a key Market Area within WM APAC. The IC Analyst plays an integral role in the client advisory lifecycle, working closely with ICs to actively service our clients and deliver financial advice that aligns to our clients' investment strategy.

High potential IC Analysts will distinguish themselves and qualify as candidates for a Junior IC role.

Product Specialist

The P&S Analyst plays an integral role in the delivery of our products and solutions, working closely with senior product specialists and solution advisors to actively service Relationship Managers and our clients.

High potential P&S Analysts who demonstrate key competencies through their individual performance and contributions to their teams, will qualify as candidates for more senior specialist roles.

Your future colleagues

Credit Suisse has been dedicated to serving entrepreneurs throughout its 165-year history. The Asia Pacific (APAC) Division strives to be the Trusted Entrepreneurs' Bank of the region and a key destination for talent. It offers integrated Wealth Management and investment banking financial solutions to entrepreneurs, wealthy individuals, institutional investors and corporate clients in the region, drawing on Credit Suisse's global resources.

In Wealth Management APAC, we have been building partnerships for generations, working closely with our clients to help them realize their ambitions and aspirations. Each of our ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth clients has a unique story, and we aspire to be a consistent, reliable, flexible and long-term partner focused on all client needs - from the simplest to the most complex. By listening attentively to our clients and offering them comprehensive advice on a wide array of products and services, we empower them to make better financial decisions.

Qualifications - External

To be eligible, you should be in final year of an undergraduate program (graduating between December 2022 and June 2023) or a recent bachelor degree holder with less than one year of working experience (as of July 2023). Credit Suisse is noted for the diversity of its employees, but we seek dedicated individuals with a common set of abilities - highly motivated and creative individuals who have demonstrated academic achievement, and have the ability to work independently and as a member of a team. We'll be looking at your potential, your ability, your academic background and your extracurricular activities. We're looking to build future leaders who bring new insights to our business.

Whatever your background, you'll need to be:
  • Interested in the private wealth management industry and the products and services within this area of banking.
  • A critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
  • A proactive self-starter who achieves significant results
  • A supportive, adaptable team member who can build strong relationships
