Position Description
Security Operations resource with experience in Linux System Administrator and understanding of enterprise security software. This role is tasked to deploy & support our infrastructure following our instruction and change management process.

The role is based around operational stability and development of a large global environment of approximately 70,000 Linux Servers, 10,000 Microsoft Windows servers and 85,000 Desktops.

Responsibilities:

Following our runbook to deploy systems with internal tools.
Provide operational support on authentication technologies.
Oncall responsibilities for production support on authentication technologies.
Following the change management policy and process, e.g. submit change request, obtain approval before any change.
Attending internal team meetings with North America & Europe for updating the latest progress.
Work with the project team to make sure the deployment is on schedule. Escalate when you foresee any potential issue which will affect the timeline.
Coordinate with internal client for service migration.
