We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, and experienced Marketing Copywriter with a desire to join our growing leading edge technology company. The successful candidate will use his/her strong grasp of finance jargon coupled with an ability to put words to our visuals will create evolutionary and impactful creatives for the brand.

You will work alongside our Art Director within the creative department to conceive, develop and produce textual content for all creative projects, which includes creating content, blog posts, emails etc; you will be responsible for maintaining and elevating Spenmo's copy and content standards across the board, by consistently finding solutions to maximise brand awareness.

Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Ideate, write and execute original and creative concepts to achieve project objectives
    • Refine current brand guidelines to ensure readability, consistency in style, and adherence to the company's language and tone of voice
    • Collaborate with the Art Director and Graphic Designers to develop and conceptualise content ideas for different channels
    • Work on executing blog articles, emails, newsletters, and proofreading of website content
    • Content research and planning, content writing, video scripting for Spenmo's digital channels Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion
    • Participate in, and lead brainstorming sessions
    • Familiarisation with Spenmo's products and services, target audience and our competitors
    • Proofread and write clear, persuasive and original copy
    • Excellent storytelling skills with a mastery of grammar and the English language
Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in English, advertising, journalism, communications, creative writing, or a related field
    • 2 to 3 years of experience writing copy for agencies, brands, or in-house marketing teams. Kindly include an URL link in your application to be considered.
    • Proven ability to make complex concepts relatable and easily understandable for any audience; translating technical offerings into human terms is a big part of the job, and your ability to do that will be paramount to your success in this role
    • A portfolio of creative, relevant work demonstrating the ability to think conceptually and bring ideas to life in creative, inventive ways
    • Experience with conceptualising across a multitude of digital channels, including display, video, and audio
    • A natural curiosity to learn about and understand new technologies and concepts
    • Ability to collaborate and take direction from campaign stakeholders
    • Well-organized, with excellent time management skills - able to work under tight deadlines when needed
    • History of crafting copy that leads to customer acquisition and engagement - tailored to varying audience segments and stages of the marketing funnel
    • Ability to work with colleagues in different countries and understand cultural differences
