The Role Responsibilities
  • Prior investment banking experience (M&A, Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, Project Finance) in one or more of infrastructure sub-sectors like utilities, transportation and logistics, telecommunication towers and data centres in South and/or SE Asia
  • Build detailed financial models to evaluate underlying company performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of different capital structures and potential financing, debt capital markets or M&A transactions
  • Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies for clients in the Infrastructure sectors mentioned above
  • Stay updated of key trends in the Infrastructure sector including knowledge of clients and targets
  • Complete in-depth research and financial analysis of companies based on company information, research reports etc as well as sector / market research
  • Support the preparation of presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance
  • Support the origination and execution of equity and debt transactions including due diligence and drafting of documents
  • Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the Bank
  • Involved in day to day project management and deal execution support
  • Complete all required credit and regulatory examinations

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Degree or post graduate qualified from a top-tier school with a strong track record in academics
  • 6 + Years of Banking and financial service Experience
  • Prior experience in a top-tier investment bank with a track record in Structured Debt, Project Finance, M&A, Capital Markets, Financial Markets and Structured Trade transactions
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Infrastructure sectors within scope of responsibility
  • Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a high intensity environment
  • High level of passion towards development of a career in corporate finance
  • Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem solving abilities and excellent communication skills
  • Detail orientated and numerate

Role Specific Technical Competencies
  • Experience of infrastructure sectors in South and/or SE Asia (transportation, logistics, telecom towers, data centres, etc.)
  • M&A advisory
  • Leverage and acquisition finance
