This role is a senior level position in Markets Treasury, responsible for overseeing liquidity, liquidity ratios and managing AFS and trading books. The overall objective of this role is to ensure liquidity, manage interest rate risk from balance sheet and cooperate with the team to deliver on budgeted revenues.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively trade the permitted trading products, especially fixed income products, seize market opportunities and deliver on budgeted revenues
- Oversee the bank's liquidity, internal and external liquidity ratios
- Understand the balance sheet structure and work with the team for bond investment decisions and execution
- Cooperate with Sales, Research and other teams across Markets and the broader business and exploring new business initiatives
- Assist the team with system enhancement projects
- Leading strong governance and controls.
- Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure
- Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics
- Be familiar with and adhere to Citi's Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services
- Adhere to all policies and procedures as defined by your role which will be communicated to you
- Obtain and maintain all registrations/licenses which are required for your role, within the appropriate timeframe
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in a related role
- Knowledge of fixed income products and FX products
- Required licensing and registrations as applicable
- Advance analytical and numerical competency
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Effective interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
