Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring portfolios
• Deliver performance report on existing investments and track progress
• Conduct fundamental research, collecting and analyzing information on potential investment opportunities
• Prepare analysis reports and make investment recommendations
• Perform due diligence and lead investment negotiations
• Stay up to date on latest news and developments, understand how it could affect ongoing/upcoming investments and update/provide alternate solutions

Requirements:

• Min Degree or above, preferably in Business / Economics / Finance or related discipline
• Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate with key Chinese stakeholders in HK and China
• Preferable at least 10 years of relevant working experience in the stock exchange (US & HK market) or private equity investment background
• Relevant working knowledge and experience of hedge fund strategies - long & short term investment strategies, Secondary Market
• Prior experience in managing a portfolio of investments at investment management firm or family office will be an added advantage
• Analytical, meticulous and strong presentation skills
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
