Relationship Manager - Global Enterprise Banking, Industries - BON Collaboration

EB3 is looking for an energetic team-mate to join us on our journey as we expand and deepen our collaboration with our associate bank in China. As a member of the Team, you will have the opportunity to travel to China for customer visits, learn the Chinese culture of banking and engaging Chinese corporate customers, gain experience and knowledge of the China market, work closely on joint initiatives with the associate bank in areas such as cross-border financing. Roles and Responsibilities:

• To engage and work closely with our associate bank to jointly support the cross-border financing needs of the Chinese customers
• To manage and acquire a portfolio of corporate relationships (mainly borrowing customers with Chinese parentage)
• To conduct joint customer visits with our associate bank in China
• To prepare credit propositions for approval and to follow through with line implementation and disbursement
• To ensure credit reviews are completed in a timely manner

Qualifications
Requirements:

• Good team player who is driven, pro-active and has a positive attitude
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management and credit
• Conversant in English and Chinese (both written and oral communication) as you will be working with Chinese customers
• Results-oriented and customer-focused
• Ability to operate independently
• Prepared to travel overseas for customer visits
