AVP Campaign Management Product Owner

Job Responsibilities
Reporting into Group Head of Data & Portfolio Management, TMRW and Group Digital Banking at UOB, is seeking an experience Project Manager to oversee further development our Group Retail Data Platform (GRD) and the roll-out of a new Campaign Automation Platform (Adobe Campaign across SEA Markets (TH, MY, ID).
The Digital Engagement Technology Project Manager represents the business needs. He or She will lead the coordination and management of tasks to deliver the platform in partnership with our Group Technology Office (GTO).
Depending on the circumstances, the Digital Engagement Technology Project Manager will need to wear both designer, business analyst and project manager hats to be successful in this role.
You are likely to have 5 to 10 years' experience in data driven technology development. A motivated, proactive, creative problem solver not afraid to challenge conventions and help drive positive business change.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and open minded team player who is keen to learn, enjoy taking on multiple roles.
Scope & Responsibilities
  • As an effective Project Manager, working closely with a variety of internal stakeholders; the Group Product CVP Centre of Excellence, and local Digital Engagement teams, you will help define, design and oversee the delivery of our Data and Digital Engagement Technology roadmap across South East Asian Countries (TH, MY & ID).
  • This involves good stakeholder relationship management, including the relationship with the Product CVP team, and local digital engagement teams.
  • Define business requirements with relevant SMEs & obtain sign-off from Business Leads
  • Jointly draft business case, perform cost-benefit analysis & review with Business Lead
  • Conduct appropriate reviews & sign-off from relevant group and country stakeholders
  • (e.g. Compliance, Digital Engagement Lead, Design, Product CVP, etc.)
  • Effectively communicate project delivery progress with a responsibility for highlighting risks and impediments to the project steering committee.
  • You will be responsible for SIT and UAT testing of the Data and Digital Engagement Technology before the systems go live in "production".
  • Create & deliver training content for business and country teams
  • Identify and develop reporting dashboards for post-launch monitoring


Job Requirements
Preferred Background and Experiences
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 5 to 10 Years of relevant experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in change management
  • Experience in AGILE or Waterfall project management
  • Experience in Design Thinking and Human-Centered methodologies preferred
  • Understanding of banking processes a key advantage
  • Possesses an understanding of L0, L1 and L2 process mapping
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Must be able to bridge business requirements and technical limitations
  • Work with Head of Data & Portfolio Management, GTO Tech Lead and other key stakeholders to develop project scope, plan and timeline.
