About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities
1. Daily management of Corporate Engagement & Deputy to Client Delivery,
2. Close collaboration and pivotal consulting role to a team of 25 Cards Relationship Manager, Products & Digital & B2B Partnership Team on process and service related matters and supporting in B2B spend on VPS and VPC launch.
3. Ensure full compliance of audit and operational risk management in closing off or reducing residual and inherent risk.
4. Process reengineering, workflow improvements, evaluating new solution including costs saving and control namely promoting Front-end UOB BIz Hub (Commercial Card) Portal upon onboarding stage.
5. Incident issue management and resolution including identifying operational gaps, impact analysis including root cause identification.
6. Compilation and analysis of statistical and monthly reporting for CS Leadership Team

Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree or min 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the commercial payment products, process and card operations including corporate engagement
  • Possess strong integrity with self-motivated attitude to achieve excellent result
  • Set clear team goals & KPIs
  • Confidence and ability to influence, strong team player who has what it takes to excel in high dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Driving excellence service quality and client satisfaction for long term relationship
  • Excellent command of English, in both verbal and writing
  • Creating a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word etc
